The location is fantastic, providing easy access to stunning walks - perfect for our energetic dog! Despite the snowstorm that trapped us for three days, the property remained clean, warm, and comfortable throughout our stay. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. One noteworthy feature was the well-equipped kitchen, complete with baking trays and an electric kettle, which allowed for easy meal prep. We even enjoyed cozy dinners at the dining table. The communal laundry room was a bonus, especially after our snowy adventures. While the winter weather put a damper on some outdoor plans, it gave us a chance to appreciate the beautiful, albeit quaint, architecture of the cottage. It offered good value considering the amenities and comfort provided, making me consider a return visit under sunnier skies.
